Suicide Squad director David Ayer took to Twitter to announce the opening of Harley’s Tattoo Parlour and it looks like business is booming. We can only assume next year’s Suicide Squad will be an exciting ride into the seedy underworld of the DC Cinematic Universe, but we do know the cast and crew are having a fun time filming it. To celebrate their newfound comradery, the cast and director of the film decided to ink each other up with “SKWAD” tattoos starting with Joel Kinnaman who plays Squad leader “Rick Flagg” in the film. He took to Instagram to show off his tat courtesy of co-star Will Smith, who plays “Deadshot”. Along with the pic, Joel added a commentary on Smith’s work saying quote, “Got my #skwad tattoo:) Will has many many talents, tattooing is not one of them. It was like watching a drunk baby fly a helicopter.” No word yet if Smith himself decided to get a permanent memento to remind him of his time working on the film, but director David Ayer joined in getting his tattoo from the parlour’s namesake, “Harley Quinn”, aka Margot Robbie. The production’s still photographer, Clay Enos, shared this photo of Robbie in full Harley makeup and attire, giving Ayer his tat and it looks like she was taking her job very seriously. Cara Delevingne, who plays “Enchantress” in the film, was also on hand and snapped this pic, but no word yet if she decided to get her own tattoo. One co-star that did though was “Captain Boomerang”, aka Jai Courtney who shared a pic of his “SKWAD” tattoo, though we’re not sure which co-star did the honors. Something tells us this probably won’t be the last “SKWAD” tattoo we’ll be seeing before filming wraps.
