Where she gives recognition to her new favorite designer while flauning her breasts, accompanied by a white pineapple and white skirt… Rocking some fiery red lips and a red belt to POP. Miley’s rocking a French designer named Simon Porte Jacquemus, who she’s actually never met before but she had this to say about him "Although we still have not met in person, my connection and relationship with Simon is real," she said.
